Innovative Educators accepts purchase orders from public institutions (public schools, Head Start programs, government agencies, public libraries, colleges, military, and hospitals).
If you already have an account with us, we will process, ship, and invoice your order promptly using the purchase order number provided. If you are a public institution (public school, Head Start program, government agency, public library, college, military, or hospital) and do not have an account with us, we will set up an account upon receipt of your purchase order. Payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.
Private schools, childcare centers, and churches must prepay their first order with a credit card. Private organizations may establish an account by calling Innovative Educators at 888.252.5437. Once an account is opened authorized purchase orders will be accepted.
The payment screen of the checkout process you will be asked to fill in the purchase order number, the name of your organization (school/center/institution), and a daytime phone number. All online orders using a purchase order number will be verified for authenticity. When you submit a purchase order online, you will receive confirmation via email immediately that your order has been received. You may check the status of your order by going to “My Account”. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
