Return & Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with any item, the item may be returned to us for a full credit or exchange. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
Our books ship in brand-new condition. Returned books must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
If you are not satisfied with the order you received, simply return the order within 30 days of the date indicated on the packing slip. The packing slip must be included with your return.
Prior authorization is required for returns by calling Customer Service at 888.252.5437.
At the customer’s expense authorized returns should be shipped to Innovative Educators using one of these carriers: UPS or FedEx. We require that returns ship by one of these carriers because of the ability to track the delivery of the returned order. All returns must be received in a resalable condition in order to receive a full refund.
Special orders are ordered on a non-returnable basis. An example of a special order is an order for titles that we do not currently stock in our warehouse.
